HOME/LAND EXHIBIT

Anna Horcinova, Christiana Caro, Clare Benson, Emma High, Jakub Janco, Nidaa Aboulhosn A group exhibition that includes photographs, video, and 3-Dinstallation. All seven artists – four US and three Slovak – have a practice grounded in the medium of photography. Their respective work in Slovakia and the US was facilitated through a University of Arizona graduate exchange program between 2009-2016, as well as Caro’s continued research as a US Fulbright Fellow in Bratislava. This work, created across a continental and political divide over a period of seven years, touches on themes of landscape, memory, and the body in relationship to site.
