We are offering this light filled ground floor space right by the front door available for daily use. Minimum reservation requirement is three days per calendar month at $175 per day.

The Gem Center building is an artists collective with a great mix of people from different creative industries. We have had several artists use this space recently for a beautiful gallery showing of their work. A great opportunity for a business that wants to try out having a physical location, put together a focus launch of a product to showcase, short term retail space, popup storefront, or just want to have space for a few days a month.

 

Use the calendar below to reserve your days. Your rental for the month is due via check prior to the use of the space. Once we receive your reservation we will contact you to review your event and coordinate touring of the space.
